Welcome to CityRock Indoor Climbing, we are a fun and fantastic indoor climbing venue situated in Observatory in Cape Town. Our wall climbing activities cater to a wide range of different audiences including first timers, young kids, experienced climbers and everyone in between.

We offer a great kids party venue and are the perfect place to visit for a fun and active kid’s birthday. At CityRock we are not a treadmill, each climb is completely different and promises to be both physically and mentally challenging for you and your kids.

CityRock Cape Town Kids Parties

For kid’s birthday parties, our indoor climbing gym at CityRock boasts a sport top rope, automatic belay walls, training areas and lead jumping. All our parties are approx. 2 hours in length and parents are encouraged to bring along their own kids birthday cake, party packs and other sweets as needed. Our professional and dedicated staff are also on hand to assist the kids with their climbs. We have 3 party time slots available throughout the day, one in the morning from 10am-12pm, on from 1pm-3pm and our last time slot 4pm-6pm.

Whilst kids climb the walls at CityRock, parents are encouraged to try their hand at climbing the more challenging walls as well. If this is not to your taste come and relax in our coffee shop and use our free Wi-Fi or chat with your friends.
