Microwave Nachos

Ingredients
420g tin red kidney beans, drained
1cup mild tomato salsa
½cup baked beans in tomato sauce
300g corn or tortilla chips
150g cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  1. Combine the kidney beans, salsa and baked beans in bowl.
  2. Place half the corn chips on a microwave safe dish.
  3. Top with half the bean mixture.
  4. Repeat with remaining chips and bean mixture.mn2
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese. mn3
  6. Microwave at 50% for 4 minutes, or until bean mixture is heated through, and cheese has melted.
  7. Microwave at 100% for 1 minute.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.mn1
