Microwave Nachos

Ingredients
420g tin red kidney beans, drained
1cup mild tomato salsa
½cup baked beans in tomato sauce
300g corn or tortilla chips
150g cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Combine the kidney beans, salsa and baked beans in bowl.
- Place half the corn chips on a microwave safe dish.
- Top with half the bean mixture.
- Repeat with remaining chips and bean mixture.

- Sprinkle with grated cheese.

- Microwave at 50% for 4 minutes, or until bean mixture is heated through, and cheese has melted.
- Microwave at 100% for 1 minute.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
- Microwave times may vary.
