Chocolate Mug Cake (microwave)

Ingredients                                         

4 Tablespoons cake flour

4 Tablespoons sugar

4 Tablespoons cocoa

1 Egg

3 Tablespoons milk

3 Tablespoons oil

1 Mug

Method

1. Place flour, sugar and cocoa in the mug, and mix well.
2. Add egg, and mix.
3. Pour in milk and oil, and mix well.
4. Microwave on maximum power for 3 minutes.
   (Times my vary dependant on microwave power)
5. Wait until mixture stops rising and sets in the mug.
6. Carefully tip cake out of the mug, onto a saucer.
7. Slice, and coat with topping of your choice, if desired.
