Chocolate Mug Cake (microwave)

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Mug
Method
- Place flour, sugar and cocoa in the mug, and mix well.
- Add egg, and mix.
- Pour in milk and oil, and mix well.

- Microwave on maximum power for 3 minutes.
(Times my vary dependant on microwave power)
- Wait until mixture stops rising and sets in the mug.

- Carefully tip cake out of the mug, onto a saucer.

- Slice, and coat with topping of your choice, if desired.
