Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup

Ingredients
oil for frying
6 spring onions, chopped
1 can (415g) creamed sweetcorn
2 cups (500ml) chicken, cooked and shredded
800ml chicken stock
3 baby marrows grated
Method
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan.
- Fry spring onions until soft.
- Add cooked, shredded, chicken, sweetcorn and chicken stock.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add grated baby marrow, and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
