Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup

Ingredients                                         

oil for frying

6 spring onions, chopped

1 can (415g) creamed sweetcorn

2 cups (500ml) chicken, cooked and shredded

800ml chicken stock

3 baby marrows gratedcss21

     

 

Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a saucepan.
  2. Fry spring onions until soft.
  3. Add cooked, shredded, chicken, sweetcorn and chicken stock.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add grated baby marrow, and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes.
